Morrisette Farms Vinegar
Rosemary is a woody, perennial herb with fragrant, evergreen, needle-like leaves. The leaves are used as a flavoring in foods such as stuffings and roast lamb, pork, chicken, turkey and many Italian recipes. Our estate-grown rosemary is added to our house-made vinegar along with some Traminette wine for added flavor. Try it as a maranade for lamb or add a splash to your bruschetta.
