Line Cook: Experience cooking on line in a fine dining restaurant. Ability to travel up and down stairs while carrying loads of up to 50 lbs. Ability to be directed and work cooperatively as a member of a team.
Host/Hostess: Experience in a fine dining setting as well as superior customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work with restaurant software and proficient general math skills are required. Positive attitude and ability to consistently deal with customers, employees and peers in a professional, diplomatic and friendly manner.
Tasting Room Associate: Experience dealing with the public in a customer service function. Must be able to remain calm under pressure and deal with many types of personalities, learn and maintain knowledge of wines, meads and ciders and how they are made. Must be able to lift 40 to 50 lbs.
