Server: 1 to 3 years of experience in a fine dining setting as well as superior customer service skills, ability to work as a a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Attention to detail, ability to work with restaurant software and proficient general math skills are required.  Positive attitude and ability to consistently deal with customers, employees and peers in a professional, diplomatic and friendly manner.

Host/Hostess:  Experience in fine dining setting as well as superior customer service skills, ability to work as a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work with restaurant software and proficient general math skills are required. Positive attitude and ability to consistently deal with customers, employees and peers in a professional, diplomatic and friendly manner.

Line Cook:  Minimum one year experience cooking on line in a fine dining restaurant.  Ability to travel up and down stairs while carrying loads of up to 50lbs.  Ability to be directed and work cooperatively as a member of a team.
 
Dishwasher:  Requires prior dishwashing or manual labor experience.  Fine dining experience preferred.
