ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER: College or equivalent preferred. One to three years of fine dining restaurant experience, preferably in management. Must be able to perform under pressure and respond quickly to situations as they arise in a professional manner. Ability to give direction and supervise others. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher as well as Open Table and Point of Sale Systems.
