Wine Cocktails

ANGEL MARTINI 
- No ice
- 5 ounces Angel Chardonnay
- 1 ounce Ginger Syrup
- Splash Soda Water

BLACKBERRY FIZZ 
- 3/4 cup Chateau Morrisette Blackberry Wine
- 3/4 cup lemon-lime soda
- 1 teaspoon Grenadine for sweetness if desired.

Fill glass half way with ice cubes. Add wine, soda and Grenadine. Stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint or slice of lemon or line. Sip & Enjoy!

BLACKBERRY SANGRIA
- 2 ounces Blackberry Wine
- 2 ounces Chambourcin Wine
- Juice of one orange wedge
- 1 ounce Soda Water
- Ice
- Cherries & Oranges for Garnish

MULLED WINE
-  1 750 ml bottle Chateau Morrisette Black Dog Red Wine
- 10 ounces apple cider, sparkling or plain
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 bag mulling spices
 
Place the wine, sugar and cider together into a pan or a crock-pot; float the mulling spice bag on top of the mixture. Heat slowly and do not boil. The spice bags sold at Chateau Morrisette® may be used several times. These bags are $3.50 each and have a cork attached so that the bag floats on top of the mixture. RED SANGRIA 
- 1 750 ml Bottle Chateau Morrisette The Black Dog Red Wine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp key lime juice
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1/3 lime, sliced
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda
- maraschino cherries
Optional: pineapple chunks, apple slices
 
Combine wine and sugar in a pitcher, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add orange juice, lime juice, orange slices, lime slices and any optional fruit. Let stand covered in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Just before serving, stir in lemon-lime soda. Serve in a 16 oz glass filled with ice and garnish with maraschino cherry. Makes 5 servings.


RED MOUNTAIN SOUR
- Sugar the rim of the glass (dip in water, dip in white sugar)
- Ice
- 4 ounces Red Mountain Laurel Wine
- 2 ounces Whiskey Sour mix

VERY BERRY PUNCH
 - Ice
- 4 ounces Blackberry Wine
- 2 ounces Cranberry Juice
- 1 ounce Maraschino Cherry Juice
- Splash Soda Water
- Cherries for Garnish

 VIOGNIER SUNRISE 
- 4 ounces Viognier
- 3 ounces Cantaloupe Juice
- 1 ounce Maraschino Cherry Juice
- Ice
- Cherries for Garnish

WHITE SANGRIA 
- 1 750 ml Bottle Chateau Morrisette Angel Chardonnay
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 4 tsp key lime juice
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1/3 lime, sliced
- 1 1/3 cups lemon-lime soda
- marachino cherries
