With a skewer, pierce the rind of an 8 ounce or less round of Brie 6-8 times on the top. Drizzle about two tablespoons of Chardonnay around the top, letting the wine seep into the holes. Place the cheese on a serving dish, cover with wax paper and microwave on low for 30 to 45 seconds. Remove from microwave and serve with bread chunks or crackers. |
