This complex and elegant sparkling wine is made in the Methode Champenoise, the traditional technique of Champagne, France. Entrancing with aromas of green apple and pear, this wine’s lingering fruit flavors are laced with delicate traces of lime and kiwi. The entry is a burst of delight, and a broad, mouth-filling mid-palate suggesting minerals and hints of baking spices eases to a crisp, refreshing finish. Finished as a ‘brut’ sparkling wine, Star Dog is relatively dry and very food-friendly.
