Southern Sushi Sampler… 3 different rolls—each roll has blanched collards used instead of nori, wrapped around sweet sushi rice with the following ingredients: The Sweet Blue: blue berries, mashed sweet potatoes, & walnuts with soy-molasses. The Hoppin’ John: stewed black-eyed peas, bacon, mire-poix, & tomato with tobasco-red pepper coulis. The Lovers’ Pickle: pickled beets and green tomatoes with crème friache. 9

We strive to use the freshest ingredients, many of which are from local organic farmers .    In addition, a large portion of our produce throughout the summer season will be picked fresh from our Estate Garden .
